Rheingau I

#throwback to last Saturday.
Went on a nice outing to the #rheingau which is one of Germany’s beautiful wine regions, to walk and visit a winery.
We went on the train to #oestrichwinkel and then walked to the winery August Eser @weingutaugusteser who had an open tasting on. Plus, the coronation of King Charles was playing on a big screen in the tasting room, so I got to see it after all! We tasted some wines and the hoomans ordered some of the ones they (ehm, I) liked best to be delivered with the post. On account of having arrived on the train we couldn’t take any with us. Then we walked back and went to a very pretty place called Eltville for a snackie. I‘ll show you this in my next post.
